PowerVCS Support - Support Policy
E. Crane Computing provides free support for PowerVCS for any active subscriptions. Support requests can be submitted by e-mail or phone and will receive a response with 24 hours. Help is also available via the user forum, which is moderated by E. Crane, but urgent support requests should be made directly (via phone or e-mail).
We also welcome your suggestions for improvements. User feedback is given the highest priority when considering new features. Please send these requests directly, although we also encourage you to discuss them with other users via the Forum.
